RO:Ost 41 - 45 Failing to Launch?

If you have RO loaded and it is not launching do the following:

From Steam, right click on RO and select properties.
Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
Select ‘Verify Integrity of game cache’

You will then need to download/update roughly 20% of the installation and then be good to go. Thanks to 1stSF/SS Nightstalker for the tip.
